In your first virtual dietitian consultation, expect a comprehensive evaluation of your health history and current condition, followed by a discussion of your specific goals and challenges. Utilizing a secure video platform, I will complete a nutrition assessment and discuss with you a nutrition and lifestyle treatment plan designed to address your unique health and wellness objectives.
